Made from a heavily embellished vintage dupatta in royal blue silk chiffon.
Fully lined with navy rayon challis. 
Deep royal blue silk/rayon velvet piping trim and double straps.
Back waist closes with hook and eyes.
Gathered skirt with 90" bottom sweep of rayon/silk velvet.
Dupatta is vintage so there are a few missing beads and snags in fabric.
