Blouse has gathering and pintucks at chest.
Black velvet ribbon contrast.
Long, billowing sleeves gathered into cuffs.
Snap front closure with nonfunctional satin covered buttons. 
Waist is open and tucks into skirt.
Skirt is full and sweeping with insertion lace and pintucks along seams.
Dramatic train.
Closes in back with hook and eye.
Good condition.
Blouse has fading and slight yellowing at shoulders.
Skirt has mends on seams and spots in bottom ruffle.
Skirt waistband has tears and repairs.
Satin ribbon trimming skirt ruffle has faded from black to deep wine/brown.
Has not been cleaned. Spots may lift.
