Bias cut bodice of piano shawl embroidered silk, black silk piping trim and velvet double straps. 
Black velvet waistband with 1930s rhinestone buckle. 
Back waist closes with hook and eyes.
Gathered skirt of Victorian era black chantilly lace. 
Lined in black rayon.
Lace has a few small holes and repairs.
