V-neck and plunging back trimmed with lace and satin piping. 
Skirt constructed of petal shapes closely skimming the hips with large double layered godets of lace and chiffon.
Layered triple flounce sleeves.
Belt with fantastic antique brass buckle.
Unlined.
Closes at center back with hook and eyes.
