Colorful floral cotton floss embroidery at chest and back.
Blue ribbon has pink edges.
Gathered sides are open but tacked closed with ribbon bows.
Scalloped hem.
Very good condition. 
Very light spots at center near top edge.
Some damage to ribbon straps.
