Floaty collar and tie at neck.
Flouncy, layered skirt.
No closure, slips over head.
Fair condition.
Fabric is delicate.
Clustered areas of holes in collar at shoulders, and in the skirt flounces.
The print is so busy it camoflages most of the holes and you have to look for them.
Wearable with care!
