This dress is truly unique and one of a kind.
Made from a heavily embellished vintage dupatta in black silk chiffon.
Fully lined with black rayon. 
Bias cut bodice and velvet double straps. 
Back waist closes with hook and eyes.
Gathered skirt with 90" bottom sweep of rayon blend velvet.
Dupatta is vintage so there are a few flaws.
A few missing beads.
