Long, full sleeves gathered at wrist with elastic.
Full gathered skirt, venise lace trim at neckline.
Velvet ribbon attached belt with shell buckle.
Lined in heavy taffeta.
Back zip.
Good condition.
Lining has mostly faded from navy blue to a purple shade.
