Absolutely fantastic 1940s ensemble!
Navy blue knit with cardinal red accents.
Skirt is simple slight a-line with side snap closure and grosgrain inside waistband. Could be easily replaced if you wanted to add an inch or two to the waist.
Jacket has self covered buttons and small welt pockets.
Peekaboo red trim and embroidered darts.
Both pieces are unlined.
Very good condition. 
Taffeta back neck lining with tag has some damage. 
Has not been cleaned, could use a freshening up.
