Lightly gathered center front bodice.
Long, full sleeves.
Shirring details at cuffs, shoulders and back of skirt.
Flowing skirt with fullness in back.
Self belt with slide buckle.
No closures, slips over head.
Very good condition. 
One tiny hole at top of bodice gathering.
One cluster of speckles at lower left front skirt, maybe makeup?
