Fit and flare shape with chevron stitching through hips.
Sweeping hem and embroidery through lower skirt.
Flutter sleeves and scoop back with flounces.
Side closure with snaps.
No slip, totally sheer.
New belt made from sage green silk crepe with antique silvertone buckle. 
A couple tiny holes.
Very small blue flecks at waist right.
Slight stretch to fabric.
Very wearable. 
Hand washed.
A few very light spots would come out with a stain soak.
