1930s opera coat in darkest black silk velvet.
Long, flared shape with left side button closure. 
Shirred shoulders and large lantern sleeves.
Lined with ivory crepe satin.
Cotton interlining for warmth.
Good condition. 
Lots of seam repairs.
Small hole in lower front.
Light speckled spots and nap crushing down back of coat.
Spots and patina in lining.
Very wearable.
