Very cool gathered collar with tight shirring.
Long sleeves with puff inserts. 
Swingy flounce lower skirt at back.
Fully lined with ivory taffeta. 
No closures. 
Good condition. 
Spot at right collar.
Cluster of holes at left collar, probably from a brooch.
Spot on inside lining, doesn't show to outside.
Needs a good, thorough ironing.
