Full gathered skirt with shirred tier and scalloped hem.
Hem has sage green facing that peeks out.
Tiny sage green contrast at top of gathered tier.

Very faint water marks in bodice.
Cluster of small snags at left hip, probably from some embellishment that was removed. 
Spot in sage hem facing.
