Lovely 1920s dress of navy chiffon.
Long full sleeves gathered into snap cuffs.
Attached loose neck tie.
Simple style with dropped waist.
Shirring at skirt, shoulders and sleeves.
Snap closures down side of front.
Very good condition. 
One small hole in lower right skirt.
Some missing rows of shirring in side skirt.
Has not been cleaned.
