Black chiffonbody with braided trim at neck and sleeves.
Front and back panels of elaborate black venice lace.
Panels lined with pale blue chiffon.
Elastic waistband closes with hook and eye, front ties around back with wide ties.
A few small holes in black chiffon.
Light blue lining chiffon is in poor condition. Fading, staining and holes.

Waist: 29" with about an inch of give to the elastic.
