6 mirror buttons with floral bouquets. 
Lined in heavy silver silk satin.
Very good condition.
Wear to lining at collar.
Gathered silk ribbon trim at inside pocket is damaged and half missing.
Very cool name tag stitched to inside pocket, easily removed but I felt it should stay :)
