Early 1900s housedress or wrapper made of textured cotton. 
White with light brown geometric stripes and polka dots.
Princess seams and front button closure.
Full bottom ruffle with deep tuck along hem.
Half length sleeves.
Neck, cuffs and top of ruffle have crochet lace trim.
Very good condition.
Mend at right back shoulder.
Small hole by lace at back left neckline.
Wearable and lovely!
