Blouse has high neck with pale blue velvet ribbon. 
Trimmed with embroidered net lace. 
Full length sleeves.
Front hook and eye closure. 
Lined in black cotton.
Skirt is full and sweeping with bottom tiered ruffles.
Lots of embroidered net lace trim.
Closes in back with hook and eyes.
Lined in black cotton.
Good condition. 
Discoloration spots at center front skirt, right bodice in pleats and at left sleeve.
A few light spots.
Holes in sleeves and underarms. 
Silk is still soft and flowy.
