Venice lace appliques and floss embroidery knots.
Hook and eye closures.
Inside lining of black cotton.
Good condition.
A few surface scuffs to satin.
Collar lining is mostly missing.
Missing hook and eye closures on inside of vest portion, still closes with outside hook and eyes.
Lining under lace of vest portion is fragile and damaged.
A few small faded spots in lace appliques. 
Edge of sleeve has fraying on left arm.
