Fantastic 1890s skirt, updated!
Full, gathered black chantilly lace with gorgeous fern motifs.
Lined with black silk, very soft and supple.
Lining hem has velvet cording.
Modern corselet style waistband of dark plum velveteen. 
Steel boned and lined with cotton twill.
Closes in back with hook and eyes. 
Nonfunctional silk soutache frog closures with pressed glass buttons decorate the front.
Good condition.
The lace has a few holes and mends.
Delicate but definitely wearable.
