Arm flounces of net with rows and rows of fringe.
Moire ribbon loop bow at center lower back.
Ribbon tie waistband.
Closes with hook and eyes at center front.
Lined with black satin.
A few missing beads, a couple missing fringes.
Can be carefully worn.
