Black silk is still fairly supple. 
Amazing soutache embroidery throughout. 
Chantilly lace trim.
Gathered skirt bustle held up with tapes inside.
Original silk lining is mostly gone, small remnants remain in places.
Front closes with hook and eyes.
Very good condition for its age.
Mending in various places.
Seam stress and missing embroidery around waist.
Delicate but could be very carefully worn.
